Event seaweed fertilizer – Goodgame Big Farm

Event seaweed fertilizer

Processed product Island farm Viking farm Northern lights farm Candy farm Festive farm

A handy booster for the temporary farms, but one you don't fully control, because it depends on what the game hands you as a reward. Keep it for the moments when time is really running out.

What it's for

Can be used on event farm orchards to start production and skip the growing time.

Event seaweed fertilizer is a helper item that the game unlocks at level 35. You use it in the orchards and pastures of the temporary farms, specifically on the Island farm, Viking farm, Northern lights farm, Candy farm and Festive farm. Its only effect is to kick off production in the target building and skip the wait for it to ripen. It is not a resource you process any further, just a pure time booster.

How to get it

You won't buy this fertilizer in the shop, the game doesn't offer it there, and I haven't found a recipe for producing it in the game either. It only lands in your storage as a reward, typically from mystery boxes in the temporary storage or for completed missions and events. So the fastest route to it is simply to keep playing and collecting rewards, not to hunt for it with Gold.

What to do with it

You apply the fertilizer directly in the building you want to push along. In the Mango orchard, Coconut orchard and Banana orchard, besides the main product (mangoes, coconuts, bananas), skipping the wait also gives you Tropical leaves, while in the Tree grove, Berry orchard and Sheep pasture it gives you Wood, Berries or Sheep wool together with Plant remains. It works the same way in the Sweet cherry orchard, Sweet almond orchard and Cocoa orchard, where it adds Sweet leaves to the Sweet cherries, Sweet almonds and Cocoa beans, and also in the Fir grove for Fir wood and in the Sheep pasture that gives Dyed wool, both with Plant remains. It is not processed any further itself, its only job is to speed up a specific production.

Tip from a veteran player Don't waste it on a building that would finish production in a few minutes even without help - since you can't buy more in the shop, hold on to it for the moment when you really need to skip a long production run, for example just before a time-limited event ends.
Most common mistake The most common mistake is looking for this fertilizer in the shop, where it isn't sold at all, and then carelessly using it on the first building at hand instead of the one where it saves the most time.
