What it's for

Grow in the berry orchard and can be processed in the viking workshop.

You harvest berries from the Berry orchard on the Viking farm, the Northern lights farm and the Festive farm, available from level 30. You can't buy them in the shop, they are purely a product of your own production. In the farm economy they serve as an input material for further processing - they go to the Viking workshop and the Festive workshop, where they are turned into clothing and Christmas decorations.

How to get it

Berries can only be produced in the Berry orchard, using 20 fertilizer per batch. Plain Winter fertilizer gives the same yield as Premium winter fertilizer (300 berries in 2 hours at the first orchard level), the only difference being that the premium version adds a bonus of 1000 XP on top - so use it first if you have it, otherwise the plain one is enough. Event Seaweed fertilizer gives berries instantly and in a higher amount (390 at the first level), but it is a limited event material, so you can't count on it permanently.

What to do with it

You process berries in the Viking workshop into the Cozy Viking cloak and the Mighty Viking helmet. On the Festive farm the same role is taken over by the Festive workshop, where berries become the Christmas tree and the Christmas wreath.

Tip from a veteran player I make a habit of throwing Seaweed fertilizer onto berries as soon as I collect it from an event - I get the berries instantly and twice the experience compared to regular fertilizer on top.

Most common mistake A common mistake is wasting Premium winter fertilizer on the orchard even when you are not after experience - the berry yield and production time are the same as with plain Winter fertilizer, the only difference is the bonus XP. So save it for the moment when you are really chasing a level.
