Big Farm Deals
Big Farm Deals is a limited-time trading event that Omar the traveler brings to the game along with his bazaar. While it runs, I keep getting new offers at regular intervals, and I can either take each one or let it pass and wait for the next. It comes in several themed versions depending on which seasonal farm is currently running, for example on the Candy farm, the tropical farm, the festive farm or the winter farm.
Big Farm Deals is worth keeping an eye on mainly for the seasonal resources, feed and decorations that I would otherwise have to hunt down expensively elsewhere, but buying anything just because an offer happens to be running makes no sense. The one thing I really do watch out for is the offer of the month, because according to the game it will not come back.
Omar brings his bazaar with offers for the seasonal farm
Big Farm Deals is set off by Omar, a traveler who, in his own words, finds his way to every island and every winter landscape to bring in bargain goods. The event is always tied to one specific seasonal farm, which is why it exists in a version for the Candy farm, the tropical farm, the festive farm and two winter variants (the classic winter one and the Northern lights one).
It is a limited-time event. When the time runs out, Omar announces in game that he is packing up and moving on to his next bit of business, saying he will be back later with new offers.
New offers arrive every ten minutes
The idea behind the event is simple. Every ten minutes I get a new, randomly picked offer at a reduced price. I do not have to buy it straight away, I can happily wait for one that suits me better.
Anyone who does not want to wait can skip the current offer and jump straight to the next one by paying gold. The price of skipping is not fixed, it varies from offer to offer.
There are also two variants of the same mechanic that differ only in the currency. In the standard version the offers are discounted in gold, while in the lucky coin variant an offer discounted in that game currency shows up every ten minutes in exactly the same way.
The icon on an offer shows which farm the bundle is meant for
Because the event runs across several seasonal farms at once, every offer carries a symbol that tells me which farm I can use the contents of the bundle on. Before I buy anything, I always look at this icon so I do not end up with resources for a farm I am not currently playing.
On top of that, the game tags some offers as a popular offer, apparently the ones players pick most often, and the price usually shows the original price as well, so I can see how much better the current offer really is.
The offer of the month is a one-off and will not come back
Besides the regular offers, the event also features a special offer of the month. The game explicitly labels it as unique, with a warning that once the time limit runs out, I will not get another chance at it. Shortly before it ends, it also gets a last chance tag.
I treat this offer differently from the rest. While I am happy to let ordinary offers pass and wait for something better, with the offer of the month I would rather keep an eye on the clock, because it is the only chance I get.
What I usually find in the bundles

What is in the bundles depends on the theme of the farm, but the same categories of goods keep coming back.
- Resources and feed - for example the Nordic resource bundle, the seal food bundle, the penguin food bundle, the orange fizz bundle or the island fertilizer bundle.
- Animals - the exotic animal bundle, the penguin bundle, the seal bundle, the lemur bundle or the peacock bundle.
- Farm-specific game currency - the large and small Viking coin bundle, the Northern lights coin bundle or the large and small pearl bundle.
- Decorations - the Nordic decoration bundle, the mysterious decoration bundle, the ancestral tree bundle or the palm tree bundle.
- Crafting resources - the craftsman bundle, the carpenter bundle and the tailor bundle, which come in handy for making equipment.
