What it's for

This extremely powerful animal feed is made on the obsidian farm and can be used on in the main and gourmet farm stables.

Obsidian feed XXL is the strongest obsidian farm feed in this line. It is made in the Botanical workshop from cow feed, obsidian leaves and a resource from the obsidian farm. In the animal buildings on both the Main farm and the Gourmet farm it replaces ordinary feed wherever you want to squeeze the most out of your animals.

How to get it

An hour and a half of work in the Botanical workshop gets you 10 units in exchange for 30 units of the obsidian farm resource, 10 cow feed and 60 obsidian leaves, and the recipe is the same at every workshop level. You cannot buy the feed in the shop, even though it has a base value of 1000 Gold listed, so there is no way around making it yourself.

What to do with it

Pour it into the chicken coop, pigsty, cowshed, goat stable, duck coop or donkey stable, where together with manure it turns into eggs, pigs, milk or donkeys.

Tip from a veteran player Prepare cow feed in advance and in bulk, it is the most demanding input in the whole recipe and without a reserve your XXL feed production grinds to a halt.

Most common mistake Players often underestimate how many obsidian leaves it eats, 60 per batch is the most of any feed in the line, and they run out fast when they queue up several batches in a row.
