What it's for

The workshop helps to maintain processing buildings. This reduces the amount of goods required for production.

The workshop is a special building with no workers and no production of its own, and its job is to keep your processing buildings in good shape and thereby lower the amount of resources they need for production. You buy it for gold and you build it separately on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm. It pays off for anyone with several processing buildings on the farm, such as the windmill or the bakery.

When to build it

It makes sense to build from player level 19, once you have processing production up and running on the farm. One per farm is enough, since the effect covers every processing building on it.

Is it worth upgrading

Every further level lowers resource use in your processing buildings, the price rises from 1600 to 41200 gold and the build time stretches from 30 minutes to 13.5 hours. Since it needs no workers, it's worth upgrading to the max as soon as you have spare gold and the farm meets the required player level (up to level 37).

Tip from a veteran player Build the workshop before you stock big supplies of resources into your processing buildings, that way you save resources right from the first batch of production.

Most common mistake Players often treat it as a second-rate building and leave it at the lowest level, when in the long run it saves plenty of resources if they upgrade it further.
