The donkey stable is another pen on the gourmet farm, where you turn barley feed into donkeys plus manure for the silo as a by-product. You prepare the feed from barley in the water mill, so this pen too is tied to the mill's production. It opens up at player level 28 and costs 150000 dollars, a bit more than the duck coop. It's worth it for players who need donkeys on the gourmet farm as a resource for further processing.

When to build it

Build it the moment it unlocks at level 28 and you have barley feed production going - construction takes 3 hours 20 minutes, so you'll have it working quickly. Higher levels follow at player levels 39, 48, 57 and beyond, so it's logical to unlock them gradually as the farm grows.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrading pays off, because with each level you get more donkeys and more manure out of the same batch of feed. At the highest, tenth level you run into a price of 10000 diamonds instead of dollars, so the last level is more of an optional bonus for a player investing premium currency, while levels 2 to 9 you pay for in ordinary dollars, from 600000 at the second level up to 13000000 at the ninth.

Tip from a veteran player Before you upgrade the stable to a higher level, check whether your barley production in the water mill can keep up with the higher feed consumption.
