What it's for

Not only much bigger than the regular field, this enormous acre also comes with a higher production output.

Produces

The Glorious field is an enlarged version of the classic Field on the Main farm - on its 12x8 footprint you grow corn, cabbage, wheat and rarer seeds like roses, magic beans or rice. It sits at the start of the production chain, because what you harvest from it goes on to the mill to be made into feed for your animals. It's available from the very start of the game, so you typically pick one up in the early stages of your farm. It suits anyone for whom the ordinary Field isn't enough for what they want to grow.

When to build it

Once you have the field, it pays to sow it right away - it has no extra requirements and basic seeds like corn or cabbage are cheap. As the game goes on, plant pricier, higher-yield seeds on it - roses, rice, sunflowers - as soon as you unlock them. How many make sense depends on how many mills and other processing buildings you run on your farm - usually as many fields as it takes to keep your running feed production supplied.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrading mainly boosts the yield from the same investment - 50 dollars of corn gets you 40 at level one and 64 at the maximum. Likewise the wheat yield grows from 107 to 400 for the same 6 hours. The price climbs gradually into millions of dollars, and the tenth and highest level also only unlocks from player level 119 and costs 17000 diamonds, so don't rush it and focus first on the lower levels, which pay off sooner.

Tip from a veteran player Wildflowers can only be sold, not processed further, so sow them mainly when you need quick cash, not raw materials for the mill.

Most common mistake The most common mistake is leaving the field sown with wheat and its 6-hour cycle for ages instead of rotating faster crops based on when you're coming back to the game.
