Lawn seeds - long growth are a purchased resource for producing stadium lawn, available only in the shop for gold. You can buy them from farm level 5, the same as the lawn itself, which they are tied to. You use them in a Field, Meadow, Fertile field, Garden, Fertile garden, Friendship meadow, Fertile meadow, Beach garden, Wintry fertile field, Rural fertile field and likewise in other seasonal and upgraded plots such as the Autumnal fertile field, Glorious garden or Deluxe meadow - in every one of them they replace the classic dollar recipe. One seed starts a batch that runs for 6 hours, but of the three lawn recipes it gives by far the biggest yield.

How to get it

The only way to get these seeds is to buy them in the shop for 490 gold apiece, you cannot make them yourself. For that price, though, you get a batch that grows with the building level - from 500 units of lawn at level one up to 820 units at level five, so the higher you have your Field, Meadow or Fertile field upgraded, the more a single seed gives back.

What to do with it

You use the seed in a Field, Meadow, Fertile field, Garden, Fertile garden, Friendship meadow, Fertile meadow and Beach garden, but also in the Wintry, Rural and Autumnal fertile field, in the Glorious or Deluxe garden and in the Glorious and Spectacular meadow - everywhere it makes the same stadium lawn, the only difference being that the batch runs for a full 6 hours.

Tip from a veteran player Long-growth seeds are best for overnight or for stretches when you know you will not be back at the farm for a while - plan them so the 6 hour cycle finishes before you log in again.

Most common mistake It is a waste to put a long-growth seed into a building you are going to harvest in an hour anyway - most of those 6 hours then goes to nothing and you have spent gold for no extra gain.
