What it's for

Flax and wood provide extra protection, while berries are used to dye it. Made in the viking workshop.

The Mighty Viking helmet is the third and pricier piece of Viking clothing, made in the Viking workshop on the Viking farm and the Northern lights farm from level 30. The recipe adds berries to the flax and wood, which are used to dye the helmet. It can't be bought in the shop, only made. In the product line it sits between the tankard and the most expensive cloak.

How to get it

For 90 helmets you need 1440 flax, 600 wood and 600 berries, production takes from 4 hours at workshop level 1 down to 2 hours at level 4. With three ingredients at once it pays to plan helmets only when you have all three stockpiled, otherwise the workshop stalls on whichever one is restocked the slowest.

What to do with it

The helmet isn't processed any further, so it ends up in sales or in customer contracts just like the tunic and the tankard.

Tip from a veteran player I keep a separate eye on berries, because I only need them from the helmet upwards, the tunic and the tankard don't use them at all, so I sometimes forget to keep a stock of them.

Most common mistake Most often people start a four-hour production without enough berries and then wait for the ingredient to restock, which effectively doubles the production time.
