The stable is a compulsory part of the Horse ranch and you will have to upgrade it in time, but with what the last levels cost in horseshoes I wouldn't rush into it.

What it's for

In this stable you can find an overview and detailed information about your horses. Upgrading this building will mean you can fit more horses in here.

The stable is a special building you'll find only on the Horse ranch, and you get the first level for free the moment the ranch unlocks at player level 15. It gives you an overview of every horse you own, and each further level fits one more horse. It takes up quite a bit of room, 4x14 tiles, but since it's the only building of its kind on the ranch, there's no choice to make. It's for anyone who gets into horse breeding and wants more than just a couple of horses to start with.

When to build it

You get the first level automatically with the ranch, so there's nothing to decide there. From level two on you always need player level 30, and that goes for every level from 2 to 12, so once you reach it and save up enough tournament horseshoes you can keep upgrading the stable straight through, no further jump in player level is waiting for you.

Is it worth upgrading

The price only climbs in tournament horseshoes, from 100 at level two through tens and hundreds of thousands up to 2,400,000 at level eleven and 9,600,000 at level twelve. The build time stretches just as dramatically, from 30 minutes at the start to 6 days at the last level. Given how steeply the prices climb, I'd upgrade the stable gradually according to how many horses I actually have, not all the way to max in one go.

Tip from a veteran player Go for the first half of the levels (2 to 6) as soon as you have horseshoes to spare, the price to benefit ratio is still reasonable there. Leave the last two levels for when you're really swimming in horseshoes, because on their own they cost over 12 million together.

Most common mistake Players often throw every horseshoe they've saved into the stable the moment they hit level 30, and then they're short of horseshoes for upgrades and for buying the horses themselves, which is more useful in the end than having extra empty stalls.
