What it's for
Made from herrings in the stone mill and starts production in seal ponds.
Seal feed is a basic resource I produce in the stone mill from herring. It serves a single purpose - I drop it into the seal pond and that starts production. I come across it from level 30 onward, on the Viking farm, the Northern lights farm and the Festive farm. Without it the seal ponds simply sit idle.
How to get it
You can't buy this feed in the shop, I have to make it in the stone mill from 900 herring per 10 pieces. The production time gets shorter as the mill levels up, at level one it takes 4 hours, at level four only 2 hours for the same batch. So it pays to upgrade the mill step by step, the herring consumption stays the same, I just get it done faster.
What to do with it
Its only use is starting production in the seal pond, where I put the feed in and get seals back, plus manure as a by-product.
