I harvest latex milk from rubber trees planted on the border of the Garden and its other variants, so unlike the four woods it does not belong to fields and meadows but to garden buildings. With a base price of 480 dollars it is the second most expensive border resource in this batch right after clay, but it still remains a resource for the Cooperative village. It is processed exclusively in the Wood and textile factory. It is a clear signal that this is a resource for players who already have developed gardens.

How to get it

You get it only by planting rubber trees on the border of the Garden, Fertile garden, Beach garden and their fancier versions, that is the Glorious garden, Deluxe garden and Spectacular garden, for 19000 village dollars per 5 minutes. On regular gardens the yield grows from 20 to 29 pieces depending on the building level, on the Glorious garden, Deluxe garden and Spectacular garden you get 46 to 64 pieces. Because of the high seed price I plant it at the highest available garden level, so I get the maximum yield from every batch.

What to do with it

Send latex milk to the Wood and textile factory, where it turns into resin, fabric or water pipes. Use the remaining pieces for constructing the Cooperative village.

Tip from a veteran player Plant latex milk on all the gardens you have unlocked - it is the only resource in this group that grows on garden buildings, so otherwise it easily becomes your bottleneck.
