What it's for
Chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla? Rita always has such a hard time making up her mind.
The ice cream cart is an ice cream stand you can buy in the shop from level 36 for 140,000 dollars. It gives 29 happiness on a 5x4 plot, which is 1.4 points per tile - a below-average ratio for such a large piece. Besides the shop, you can also get it from general events or from the wheel of fortune.
What to do with it
You can build the cart on the Main farm, on the Gourmet and Flower farms or in Decoration Valley, since it can be placed anywhere. Because of its lower efficiency per tile, I see it more as a filler for free space than as a main source of happiness.
Tip from a veteran player Better wait for an event or the wheel of fortune, where you can often get it cheaper than for dollars in the shop.
