Dead tree

Main farm Gourmet farm Flower farm Decoration Valley

More of an atmospheric addition than an efficient source of happiness.

The Dead tree stands in silence, with only the wind whistling through its branches, and brings a spooky atmosphere to your farm. It gives you 27 happiness points on a 6x4 tile footprint, which is 1.1 happiness per tile, a below-average value. You can buy it for 50,000 dollars, get it from events too, and it's available from level 14.

What to do with it

Because of its lower efficiency per tile, it works better as an atmospheric addition to other decorations than as a main source of happiness. You can build it on the Main farm and the other three farms.
