What it's for

Stop and smell the flowers, and feel how good life is.

The Flower bed is a 4x4 decoration that adds just 12 happiness points, that is 0.8 per tile. It's one of the weakest values in this set of decorations. You can buy it in the building shop from level 2 for 400 Dollars.

What to do with it

It makes sense mainly at the start of the game, when you don't have other sources of happiness yet and need to fill the farm cheaply. At higher levels, gradually replace it with decorations that have a better ratio per tile.

Tip from a veteran player I wouldn't treat it as a permanent solution myself - as soon as you unlock a decoration with a higher value per tile, swap the bed out.
