The Western windmill has a narrow 3x5 footprint and gives 28 happiness points, that is 1.9 points per tile. You can get it in the shop for 2000 Gold, or from general events or the special wheel in events. It unlocks at level 14.

What to do with it

You can place it on the Main farm, Gourmet farm, Flower farm or in Decoration Valley. It pays off for players looking for a narrow decoration to fill a gap between buildings at a low Gold price.
