The Efficient goat stable is the smallest and fastest animal building on the Gourmet farm - one production cycle takes just 52 minutes, so it suits players who harvest their farm several times a day. The goats give milk plus manure for your silo as a by-product, and you mix their feed from dandelions in the Water mill. Of all the efficient Gourmet farm animal buildings it unlocks first, already at player level 19, so it is usually the first animal building you put up there. You pay for it and upgrade it purely with gold, never dollars.

When to build it

Build it the moment you open the Gourmet farm and hit player level 19 - it is the cheapest of the three efficient animal buildings there (224 gold for level one) and takes up only a small 6x6 plot, so it fits even on a cramped layout.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrades are worth it here because milk and manure grow evenly - 10 units of feed give you 30 milk and 21 manure in 52 minutes at level one, while the highest regular level gives 78 milk and 54 manure in the same time, roughly two and a half times as much of both. Thanks to the short production cycle a higher level shows up in your totals very quickly, since you harvest this building far more often than the slower ones.

Tip from a veteran player With its short 52-minute cycle, the goat stable is worth harvesting by hand every time you visit the farm - unlike the slower buildings, waiting around for one big batch rarely works in your favor here.
