The beach cowshed is a special version of the cowshed with noticeably higher milk output, one you currently cannot buy in the shop and for which I know of no other source in the game - so it is a building from an earlier limited offer. Besides milk it also gives you cream and manure as a by-product for the silo, so it does exactly what an ordinary cowshed does, just on a bigger scale. It covers 8x5 and costs Gold rather than Dollars, which makes it pretty clear this is not a standard building from the regular range. If you have one on your farm, it is among your most valuable animal buildings, because according to the in-game description you can never build it again once it is demolished.

When to build it

This is not a building you can pick out of the shop today - but if you own one from an earlier event, feel free to put it down right away, because level 1 is available from player level 4 and costs only 18000 Gold. Do not worry about how many you would like to have, it is obviously a one-off building, so the single cowshed you own is all you get.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrading is absolutely worth it because the building is a one-of-a-kind - at level 1, ten cow feed gives you 530 milk and 225 manure in 7 hours, while at level 10, the maximum, the same input over the same time gives you 1173 milk and 349 manure, so more than double the milk. Since you will never get the building again, it makes sense to pour Gold into levels two through nine bit by bit, and the 15000 diamonds for level 10 as well once you can afford it.

Tip from a veteran player Because this is a unique building you could not get any other way, feel free to queue up the pricier feeds too - obsidian XXL feed gives you a straight 1325 milk from 40 units at level 1, but you wait seven hours for it, while seaweed feed from the same amount dumps out 690 milk instantly, so pick according to whether you need milk right now or want to squeeze the most out of a single batch.

Most common mistake The biggest mistake a player can make with this building is demolishing it to rebuild the farm or free up space - the game says outright that once it is torn down you cannot build it again, so you would lose it for good.
