Yellow dye is a cheap and quick material just for the Yellow wool scarf. It is enough to produce it continuously according to demand for this one item.

You get yellow dye by processing onions in the Dye factory or the Efficient dye factory. It is a Secondary material on the Gourmet farm, available right from the start with no level requirement. Its production time is a bit longer than red dye but shorter than blue or purple. In the game it serves as an input for one specific textile product.

How to get it

The recipe stays the same on all eight levels of both types of factory, fifteen onions give you five yellow dye in twenty-two minutes. You cannot buy it in the shop, so everything depends on your own onion production and on how often you run the factory. Because the recipe does not change with level, the only way to speed up your overall output is to have several dye factories running at once.

What to do with it

You send yellow dye to the Clothing factory or the Efficient clothing factory, where it is turned into the Yellow wool scarf. It has no other use in the game, so feel free to tie your production volume directly to how many scarves you need.
