An expensive but efficient seed for long stretches away from the game, though it doesn't pay off during shorter play sessions.

Long-growing tulip seed is a premium gold item I buy in the Shop from level 60 for 490 Gold. It replaces the regular dollar recipe and works on practically every type of field, meadow and garden across all three farms. One batch runs for 6 hours but produces a huge pile of tulips at once, so it's mainly for long stretches away from the game. The goal is to pour as many tulips as possible into the scoring event with as little fiddling as possible.

How to get it

The only way to get this seed is to buy it in the Shop for 490 Gold, as there is no production recipe for it in the game. It pays to buy it when I know I won't be back at the farm for a while, because one batch runs 6 hours and yields 500 to 740 tulips depending on the level of the plot.

What to do with it

I use the seed anywhere tulips grow - on a field, meadow, fertile field, wintry and rural fertile field, garden, fertile garden, friendship meadow, fertile meadow or beach garden, and on the higher tiers of fields, meadows and gardens too, so on all three farms at once. The tulips I grow then go into the scoring event.
