What it's for

Cloudberries are also known as knoutberries. You can load them onto the ship as soon as it docks in the harbor and the captain asks for them. You can't sell cloudberries.

I grow cloudberries in the greenhouse on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm, available from level 30. You can't buy them in the shop, but you can sell them for 10500 Dollars per piece, load them onto the ship in the harbor or send them to the farm laboratory.

How to get it

Cloudberries can't be bought in the shop, I only grow them in the greenhouse. The recipe with special cloudberry seeds gives 1856 pieces in 1 hour 15 minutes at level one, the recipe with cloudberry seeds only 66 pieces in 37 minutes and the recipe with premium cloudberry seeds 7469 pieces in 8 hours. The recipe with special seeds has the best yield per minute. The production time stays the same at all levels, only the amount grows, at level five the special seeds give 2268 pieces, still in 1 hour 15 minutes.

What to do with it

I load cloudberries onto the ship depending on what it's asking for, and I use part of them in the farm laboratory to make special cloudberry seeds for the next harvest.

Tip from a veteran player Keep only as many cloudberries in storage as you need for the current ship demand and for topping up your seeds, the rest just takes up space.

Most common mistake It's a shame to rely only on the recipe with cloudberry seeds, it comes out far worse per piece of fruit produced than the recipe with special seeds.
