What it's for

You can load blackberries onto the ship as soon as it docks in the harbor and the captain asks for them. You can't sell blackberries.

Blackberries grow in the greenhouse on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm from level 30. I can sell them for a base price of 7200 Dollars per piece, but the main route is loading them onto the ship in the harbor when the docked ship asks for them. Besides that, they're also made into jam.

How to get it

Blackberries can't be bought in the shop, the only way is the greenhouse. The recipe with special blackberry seeds gives 1088 pieces in 38 minutes at level one, the recipe with blackberry seeds only 48 pieces in 25 minutes and the recipe with premium blackberry seeds 5397 pieces in 5 hours. Once again the special seeds are the most efficient. The time doesn't get longer with the greenhouse level, only the yield grows, at level five the special seeds give 1328 pieces, still in 38 minutes.

What to do with it

I load blackberries onto the ship according to the demand in the harbor, in the farm laboratory I turn them into special blackberry seeds for the next round and in the jam factory they become blackberry jam.

Tip from a veteran player Keep an eye on what the ship in the harbor is asking for and what you need for the jam factory, so you split your blackberries sensibly between the two uses.
Most common mistake A common mistake is producing with just one recipe out of habit, the recipe with blackberry seeds is noticeably slower per piece than the recipe with special seeds.
