The Sign is a smaller 3x3 decoration that adds 25 happiness points to your farm with no village bonus. That makes 2.8 points per tile, a decent ratio for its size. You can get it in the building shop or as a reward from in-game events, but it only unlocks at level 39.

What to do with it

Suitable for smaller empty corners of the farm where you don't have room for larger builds. Players approaching level 39 who are looking for a decoration with a good happiness-to-area ratio will appreciate it.
