The pond is a smaller body of water where animals and workers alike can cool their feet. It gives 22 happiness, and at 4x3 tiles that is 1.8 happiness per tile. It unlocks as early as level 8 and costs 1,250 gold.
What to do with it
Thanks to its low price and early unlock, it suits new players who are just getting their farm off the ground.
Tip from a veteran player Build it as soon as you unlock it - the small footprint fits even into a cramped early farm.
