The grove is a 5×5 tile decoration bringing 39 happiness points, that's 1.6 per tile. In the shop it unlocks from level 44 for 180000 dollars, and apart from that it also shows up in general events, on the wheel of fortune or in the camping-themed event.
What to do with it
You plant it on the main farm, gourmet farm, flower farm and in Decoration Valley, it works better as a filler because the happiness per tile isn't anything special.
Tip from a veteran player If the camping-themed event is running right now, try to get the grove there and save the dollars you'd spend in the shop.
