What it's for

I wonder which scary creature of the night chose this as their new home.

The Pumpkin cottage is a 5×5 decoration you can't buy in the shop, you get it from an in-game event. It gives 225 happiness points on the farm plus 40 village happiness points, which on 25 tiles works out to 9 points per tile, by far the most of these five. According to the official description, it's the new home of some spooky nocturnal creature.

What to do with it

You can place it on the Main farm, Gourmet farm, Flower farm and in Decoration Valley, so it fits practically anywhere you need to raise happiness on a small footprint. Thanks to the village bonus it's worth placing as a priority wherever village happiness matters to you too.

Tip from a veteran player Since it can't be bought in the shop, grab it as soon as an in-game event offers it, because on a small footprint it gives the highest happiness per tile of this whole group of decorations.
