What it's for

The Frog prince well is a 4x4 decoration for 30000 Dollars that gives 20 happiness points, 1.2 points per tile. It unlocks at level 18 and you get it from game events, the event wheel and the fairy-tale themed event.
What to do with it
It works as a supplementary decoration on a farm at the stage where you need to top up happiness between expensive large buildings. It pays off for players from roughly level 18 upward.
Tip from a veteran player I'd combine the well with other cheaper 4x4 decorations from events - the per-tile ratio is nothing special, so don't treat it as your main source of happiness.
