What it's for
A stunning cooperative themed masterpiece by Greta Greensmith.
The Cooperative masterpiece is a grand decoration with a cooperative theme from Greta Greensmith. It gives 200 happiness on the farm and 100 village happiness, and on a 4x4 tile footprint that is 12.5 points per tile - by far the highest efficiency of all ten decorations I go through here. You can't buy it in the shop, it comes into the game another way.
What to do with it
You can build the piece on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm, the Flower farm and in Decoration Valley, since it can be placed anywhere. Given the huge happiness on a small area, I would give it priority over most other decorations.
Tip from a veteran player It takes up only 4x4 tiles and gives huge happiness, so it's worth freeing up space for it before ordinary large pieces.
