The Pile of goods is a stack of products that the workers show off to the others. It gives only 20 happiness, and on a 6x3 footprint that works out to 1.1 happiness per tile, which is below average. You can get it as early as level 20 for 45 000 Dollars, or win it from the cooperative league and events.
What to do with it
It is more worthwhile for beginning players who are still building up their farm and cannot afford the pricier pieces.
Tip from a veteran player Don't build several of them for the happiness - because of the low efficiency per tile they take up space that another decoration would use better.
