What it's for

Starts production in seal ponds.

Premium seal feed does exactly what regular feed does, it starts production in the seal pond, but I don't have to produce anything for it. It's used on the same farms, the Viking farm, the Northern lights farm and the Festive farm, and just like the regular version it's available from level 30. The only difference is how I get hold of it.

How to get it

This variant has no production recipe, you buy it directly for Gold, the base price is 90 Gold per piece. It's only worth reaching for when I've run out of herring or regular feed and don't want to wait for the mill to be restocked.

What to do with it

The use is identical to regular feed, it goes into the seal pond, where seals and manure are produced.

Tip from a veteran player Save the premium feed for moments when you need to get the pond going right away and the mill just can't keep up.

Most common mistake You end up wasting Gold when you buy premium feed regularly instead of waiting for a batch from the mill.
