What it's for

Orca feed can be used on an orca enclosure to start production.

Orca feed starts production in the orca pool on the Obsidian farm. Unlike ostrich and lizard feed it's made from king salmon and sage, which makes it the only feed of the three that depends on another processed farm product. It's crafted just like the other feeds in the feed preparation or the efficient feed preparation.

How to get it

You can't buy it, you have to craft it. The recipe is the same in both buildings and at all levels, 100 King salmon and 100 sage give you 10 units of feed in an hour plus 250 experience points. Since king salmon itself needs its own resources and time on the Volcanic field, have it in stock before you start planning batches of this feed.

What to do with it

The feed belongs in the orca pool, where ten units produce an Orca and Obsidian manure as a by-product.

Tip from a veteran player I keep king salmon running on the Volcanic field continuously so I always have enough in reserve for the next batch of orca feed.

Most common mistake Players often plan out orca feed without having enough king salmon saved up, and then feed production sits waiting on a resource that itself needs time to make.
