What it's for

These very powerful seeds are made on the obsidian farm and can be used on fields on your main farm

Obsidian wildflower seed XL is a very strong version, made in the Winter garden on the Obsidian farm and used on fields on the main farm to grow wildflowers. It sits in the middle between the basic and the XXL version, both in resources and in seed strength. I cannot buy it in the shop, it is only something you produce yourself. Its resource cost is exactly double that of the basic version.

How to get it

One unit takes 2 Special wildflower seeds and 108 Obsidian manure plus one more resource, and production takes 2 hours, the same as the basic and XXL versions. Since all three tiers take the same time, this version is a sensible compromise between resource cost and seed strength. I make it when I have manure to spare but do not want to spend it as fast as with XXL.

What to do with it

I use it on fields and fertile fields on the main farm, where wildflowers grow, just like with the other tiers of this seed.

Tip from a veteran player When you compare the three wildflower tiers, XL comes out as the most balanced between manure spent and seed strength, if you do not want to jump straight to the priciest XXL version.

Most common mistake There is no point making XL seed and planting it where ordinary seed without the obsidian bonus would do just fine.
