What it's for

A fine thread that can be produced in the spinning factory.

Fine cotton is a secondary resource from the Gourmet farm that I produce in the spinning factory or efficient spinning factory from regular cotton. According to the official in-game description it is actually a fine thread meant for further processing. It is available from level 0 but cannot be bought in the shop. It serves mainly as an intermediate step in producing clothing and one decoration.

How to get it

The only recipe is in the spinning factory or efficient spinning factory, where 10 pieces of cotton give me 5 pieces of fine cotton in 15 minutes, exactly the same at every building level from 1 to 8. Because the building level does not improve the yield or the time here at all, it is enough to cycle it continuously as needed, with no reason to deliberately upgrade the spinning factory for this resource.

What to do with it

I send fine cotton to the shop for making the teddy bear and to the clothing factory or efficient clothing factory for blue jeans and the green winter jacket.

Tip from a veteran player Produce fine cotton continuously in small batches. The recipe takes only 15 minutes, so it easily fits in between other productions.

Most common mistake Upgrading the spinning factory just for fine cotton. The recipe still gives the same 5 pieces in 15 minutes regardless of the building level.
