The Parrot tree measures 4x3 tiles and gives 45 happiness points, which is 3.8 points per tile. You can get it in the shop for 20,000 Gold from level 114.

What to do with it

It only finds a place on the Obsidian farm as one of a series of smaller 4x3 decorations. It pays off when you are topping up happiness gradually and don't want to reach for the pricier pieces right away.

Tip from a veteran player For 20,000 Gold it gives a bit more happiness per tile than the stone slab for 10,000, but less than the statue for 30,000. Keep that in mind when deciding.
