The Tropical chicken coop is an exclusive version of the regular chicken coop that you can't buy in the normal shop, but it gives you more eggs from the same feed than the standard building and gives your farm a strikingly exotic, tropical look. It sits on a 5x5 plot, produces manure and feathers alongside the eggs, and it's a building you can never rebuild once you've demolished it. It's for players who want more out of their chickens than a standard coop gives, and who don't mind having to get hold of it outside the normal shop.

When to build it

Level one is available from the very start of the game, so once you get this building, go ahead and put it up right away, there's no point waiting for a higher player level. Given that it can't be rebuilt after demolition, it makes sense to have just this one coop on your Main farm instead of a regular one and develop it from the get-go.

Is it worth upgrading

Upgrading pays off, because egg production from the same feed in the same time practically doubles, from ordinary chicken feed you get 41 eggs in 13 minutes at level one and 85 at max level. The cheaper levels from 1500 up to roughly 3.4 million dollars are worth working through gradually, but level ten costs 15 000 diamonds, so at that point it comes down to whether investing premium currency in that last jump in output is worth it to you.

Tip from a veteran player Seaweed feed produces eggs and manure instantly and throws in a hefty experience bonus on top, so it's worth saving for moments when you need a quick nudge up in player level.
