What it's for

Special pasture grass seeds have a growth rate and yield amount that is different from the normal seed.

Special nutritious grass seeds are an alternative version of the regular seeds for the Sugar field on the Candy farm. They have a different growth speed and a different yield than the standard nutritious grass seeds, so the harvest from them looks different. They are used exclusively to grow Nutritious grass, a raw material that is processed further in the Candy farm economy. In my game they only became available at farm level 35. You cannot buy them in the shop, so I need another source to get them.

How to get it

The seeds have no production recipe and you cannot buy them in the shop, even though they have a listed base price of 250 Gold. In my game they landed in the warehouse as a reward from events or for completing missions, including mystery boxes. The fastest way to get them is therefore to keep an eye on current events and complete missions, since no production can replace them.

What to do with it

The only use the seeds have in the game is sowing them in the Sugar field, where they grow into Nutritious grass. I do not send them anywhere else, because they have no other purpose.

Tip from a veteran player Before you sow the seeds, check whether the current growth speed and yield suit you better than the regular nutritious grass seeds. They differ, and the special variant is not always the clearly better choice for a given situation.

Most common mistake The most common mistake is expecting to buy the seeds in the shop based on the listed price of 250 Gold. In reality they are not available there, so I do not bother saving money for them.
