You can't buy Rosehip jam in the shop, the only way to get it is to make it. The recipe stays the same from level 5 to level 9, 600 rosehips and 100 units of a second ingredient give you 100 jars of jam in 1 hour 30 minutes. A run that long is easy to plan around two visits to the game.
