Elderberry jam is made in the jam factory out of elderberries and it's one of the last jams you unlock, since you need the factory at level 7. Production takes 6 hours and the base price is 60000 dollars. A single batch needs more ingredients than any other jam in the line, a full 1900 elderberries.

How to get it

You can't buy Elderberry jam in the shop, it's home production only. The recipe is the same from level 7 to level 9, 1900 elderberries and 230 units of a second ingredient give you 200 jars of jam in 6 hours. Because it eats so many elderberries it pays to have your stock ready in advance, otherwise you'll start the run later than you could have.

You sell the finished Elderberry jam at the base price or send it into customer contracts in the market hall.
