How to get it
At every level from 1 to 6 the Plum orchard offers two versions of the same recipe for 75 units in 4 hours, either for 500 Obsidian dollars or for 40 Gold. The Obsidian version comes out at just under 6.7 Obsidian dollars per unit, the Gold version at less than one Gold per unit, which tends to be the better choice if you happen to have Gold to spare. Against the base price of 270 Obsidian dollars, both production options are far better value than buying in the shop.
What to do with it
Plums go to the Feed kitchen and to the Efficient feed kitchen, where both turn them into Ostrich feed, just like Rye.
