You can use these seeds in the greenhouse to breed sweet fruits, which you can load onto Captain Barnacle's ship when he docks in the harbor and asks for them.

Apricot seeds are one of the exotic seeds for the Greenhouse and are available from level 30 on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm. You grow Apricots from them, the most expensive of the four basic exotic crops in this overview. Apricots are sought-after goods for Captain Barnacle and at the same time an input for the most costly special seed in the laboratory. The price of 550 Gold suggests this is the most valuable of the four basic seeds.

How to get it

You can't buy apricot seeds in the shop and they have no production recipe of their own, so the only way to get them is through mission rewards, game events and mystery boxes in your temporary storage. Because they are the most expensive of the four basic seeds, it pays not to waste them and to save them for when your Farm laboratory is ready for Special apricot seeds too.

What to do with it

Once planted in the Greenhouse they grow into Apricots, which you hand over to Captain Barnacle when he is interested in them. It's worth sending part of the harvest to the Farm laboratory as an input for producing Special apricot seeds, because that is the most expensive and demanding recipe of all four special seeds in the overview.
