What it's for
Oktoberfest wouldn't be Oktoberfest without pretzels!
I bake Pretzels at the Bakery stand, and the game ties them straight to Oktoberfest, even though they are an ordinary product available from the building's first level. I make them on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm, and the twelve-minute cycle puts them among the medium-fast products. The base price of 15100 dollars fits a recipe built on two common ingredients, wheat and either milk or eggs.
How to get it
Pretzels cannot be bought in the shop, so the only way is to bake them at the Bakery stand. The cheapest is the first recipe level with Wheat and Eggs, which I use to get started until I have a big farm with milk - the time is the same twelve minutes at every level, so a higher recipe speeds nothing up. As soon as I have a surplus of Milk, I move to the second level, where milk replaces eggs completely, and then to the third level, which adds one more ingredient to the wheat and milk.
What to do with it
I use pretzels as ordinary goods for contracts from customers who want baked goods, and I simply sell the surplus on the market.
