I treat it as a reliable source of money from dairy contracts, even though I have to stock up my ingredient stores properly first. Without the dairy and without these three ingredients you won't get it, otherwise the production is straightforward.

Snow-capped pie is a primary product made in the dairy on the main farm. It is not an ingredient for another recipe but finished goods that go straight to the market hall. Its role in the farm economy is fulfilling dairy contracts, so its main job is to bring you money from regular customer orders. You can't buy it in the shop, so you always have to make it in the dairy.

How to get it

You'll find the recipe in the dairy from level 6, and interestingly it doesn't change at all as you upgrade the building up to level 9 - you still get 62 pieces in 10 hours from the same batch of 237 eggs, 124 citrus fruits and 186 almonds. So this production is the cheapest and only way to get this pie, there is no shortcut through the shop. It pays to have all three ingredients stockpiled in large quantities beforehand, because a single batch uses up a lot of them.

What to do with it

You send snow-capped pie to the market hall for dairy contracts, which fulfil customer requests and earn you Dollars. It can't go anywhere else, there is no further processing or other use for it in the game.
