What it's for
The hogfish loves vacations as much as you! It can be found around reefs in the Caribbean and the Bermudas. Why not lean back and enjoy the sun while trying to catch this little guy?
Scorpionfish is a saltwater fish that no production line in Big Farm will give you. You only get it by fishing off the Caribbean reefs and Bermuda. It belongs to the raw ingredients for fish cooking and you will find it on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm. Its base selling price is 15000 dollars, which makes it a fairly valuable catch. In the game it is mostly processed further into dishes at The Mermaid Bay and the Fish stall, so on its own it works as an input ingredient.
How to get it
You cannot buy scorpionfish in the shop or produce it in any building. The only way to get it is by fishing off the reefs in the Caribbean or around Bermuda. The quickest approach is to fish right when you are about to start a batch of dishes at The Mermaid Bay or the Fish stall, so the fish does not sit idle in your storage.
What to do with it
You process scorpionfish in three recipes at The Mermaid Bay, Scorpionfish soup, Sea burger and Fisherman's delight, and at the Fish stall you cook Fish salad from it. So on its own it is not meant for selling but serves as an input for four different finished meals.
