What it's for
Add a generous dollop of yoghurt to a fine assortment of vegetables and you have a healthy and refreshing dish.
Greek salad is one of the more demanding options at the Salad bar. The game describes it as vegetables combined with yogurt, even though the recipe mostly works with milk. I make it on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm and the Flower farm from level one of the building, one cycle takes 36 minutes, and the base price of 44300 dollars makes it one of the more valuable salads.
How to get it
Greek salad isn't sold in the shop, the only way to get it is the Salad bar. At recipe level one I need Cabbage and Milk, which is the easiest combination to get started with. From level two the recipe switches to Lamb's lettuce and bigger amounts of Milk, and from level three it adds Olives as well, so I only move up to the higher recipes once I have a steady supply of olives, otherwise the long production run would just sit there unfinished.
What to do with it
Because of its higher price I'd rather send Greek salad into customer contracts than into a normal sale, where its value wouldn't pay off nearly as well.
