The most expensive and most ingredient-hungry dairy recipe of the seven compared, it pays off once you have the dairy at the fifth level and a steady supply of all three ingredients.

Fruit ice cream is the most expensive dairy product of those I have come across in the dairy, it needs milk, cherries and citrus fruits all at once. The recipe only unlocks at the fifth level of the dairy, so you get to it later in the building's development. It belongs among the goods for dairy contracts at the market hall, just like the rest of the range. It has the highest base price of all seven dairy products I compared.

How to get it

You cannot buy fruit ice cream in the shop, you have to produce it in the dairy at level 5 or higher. A batch of 38 units takes 114 milk, 57 cherries and 76 citrus fruits, and production takes 4 hours and 30 minutes. It pays to start it when you have enough of all three ingredients at once and know you will be back at the farm within those four and a half hours.

What to do with it

Finished ice cream belongs at the market hall for dairy contracts. There is nowhere else to send it.
