Compared with the other recipes, the yield from the ingredients is lower, so it becomes more worthwhile to produce only after upgrading the building to a higher level.
What to do with it
Like the other finished dishes, the buffet ends up only in sale or in a market hall contract. It does not feed any other recipe in the game.
