Besides general events and the wheel of fortune, it also drops from the Asian-themed event.

What to do with it

You can build the pond on the Main farm, the Gourmet farm, the Flower farm and in Decoration Valley. It pays off most when you are running low on free space and want to squeeze as much happiness out of it as you can.

Tip from a veteran player If the Asian-themed event is running right now, try to get the pond from it - it works out cheaper than buying it outright for gold.
