The Howling witch's castle is a 5×5 decoration from an in-game event that you can't buy in the shop. It brings 150 happiness points on the farm and 30 village happiness points, which on 25 tiles is 6 happiness points per tile. The official description talks about a magically lit nighttime spot.

What to do with it

You can build it on the Main farm or in Decoration Valley, so it has narrower use than other event decorations that can be placed on more farms. It pays off for players who are dealing with both happiness and village happiness on those two farms at the same time.

Tip from a veteran player If you're wondering where to put it, pick the farm where you're also short on village happiness, that way you make use of both its bonuses at once.
