What it's for

A pretty good construction material for buildings. You can produce them in the minerals and metals factory

Bricks are a building material that the Mineral and metal factory produces for you in the Cooperative village. The recipe stays the same from factory level two onwards - five clay and three white sand give you forty bricks in eight hours. You can't buy them in the shop, so the only way to get them is to make them yourself. In the cooperative farm economy they serve mainly as a building material for buildings.

How to get it

The only way to get bricks is to produce them in the Mineral and metal factory, because they aren't available in the shop. The input materials are clay and white sand, so it pays to have them stockpiled before you start a brick queue. The recipe doesn't change with the factory level, so there's no reason to wait for a higher level for a better material ratio.

What to do with it

Bricks aren't processed further into any other product, so you'll mainly use them as a building material for buildings in the Cooperative village. You can sell any surplus at the base price of 620 dollars each.

Tip from a veteran player Plan the eight-hour brick production for overnight or for a time when you won't be in the game anyway, so the factory doesn't sit idle for longer than it needs to.

Most common mistake The most common mistake is hoarding clay and white sand for bricks in a big stockpile, even though the recipe doesn't improve at higher factory levels - you won't get any extra material out of it.
