I make apple turnovers in the bakery on the Gourmet farm from eggs and apples, and I don't process them any further. They can't be bought in the shop, I have to bake them myself. At a base price of 2800 dollars they're among the cheaper finished products from the bakery.
How to get it
At bakery level 1 I need 750 eggs and 600 apples for 175 turnovers in 26 minutes, which is the shortest time of all the bakery recipes I work with. As the bakery level rises, the consumption of raw materials drops, at level 9 it's 595 eggs and 480 apples for the same yield and time.
What to do with it
Turnovers don't go anywhere else, so I send them straight to be sold or to customer contracts.
Tip from a veteran player Thanks to the short 26-minute production time, I slot them in between longer recipes too, even just to fill up the queue in the bakery.
Most common mistake There's no sense stuffing eggs and apples into turnovers when I need them elsewhere for a pricier recipe already in progress - thanks to the short cycle, it's easy to bake them later.
